Condition: Unknown This lot consists of one (1) World Precision Instruments differential amplifier. This lot has been rated as being in unknown condition because the unit has not been tested, and its operational status cannot be verified. Due to the lack of functional testing, the performance and completeness of this amplifier cannot be guaranteed. Prospective buyers should bid accordingly. This amplifier is manufactured by World Precision Instruments, Inc. (WPI) and is identified as Model DAM 50. According to the manufacturer, the DAM Series is designed for extracellular potential amplification in laboratory and research environments. The compact, battery-powered design allows the amplifier to be positioned close to the experimental setup, reducing lead lengths and minimizing electrical noise during signal acquisition. The following information was gathered from WPI's website. Their website indicates that the DAM Series incorporates selectable high- and low-pass filters as well as a position control for offsetting galvanic potentials that may develop during recording.
