Condition: FAIR Industrial Dishwasher Make: CMA Dishmachines Model: HTSB CMA-180 208VAC 3 Phase Unit was working as it should when we last had it installed in kitchen Items are in pre-owned condition and may have scratches or scuffs, bends, dents, hairline cracks, cracks, missing pieces, chips or other blemishes not mentioned or pictured in the ad. Pictures may be an example of the item you receive. Actual item(s) will either be identical to the picture or similar. Computers may need additional cleaning upon arrival. No additional media will be included with computers. Freeland Community School District makes no warranties or guarantees, expressed or implied, as to the condition of items being sold. Everything should be considered "used in unknown condition". Verifying description/condition is bidders responsibility. We encourage you to view and test the items yourself before placing a bid. *All items are sold "AS-IS", no refund, no guarantee, no exchanges. VIEWING AND PICK UP All viewings and picking up of auction items are by appointment only. Hours of operations are 7:30 am to 4:00 pm Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday ONLY. Note: Pickups are ONLY!! allowed to be scheduled on TUESDAYS, WEDNESDAYS AND THURSDAYS between 8:00 AM to 2:00 PM. DO NOT show up unannounced! Items WILL NOT be packaged or shipped for winning bidder. Winning bidder will have to arrange for ALL packing and shipping. This agency WILL NOT wrap, box, or in any way participate in the shipping of items. Sold as-is PLEASE READ TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR COMPLETE INFORMATION Inspection of Auction items by appointment only. Freeland Community School District may require a bid deposit. PayMac handles all payments for Freeland Community School District. Acceptable forms of payment are: Wire Transfer or Credit Card. NO CASH, CHECKS, OR MONEY ORDERS WILL BE ACCEPTED! Payment for an awarded item must be received within five (5) business days after notice of award. A Buyers Premium of 10.5% will be added to the final sale price with a $1 minimum charge per auction for payment collections. All sales are final. Public Surplus will notify buyer of receipt of payment via email. The successful bidder will be responsible for pick-up of item(s) from the agency's premises. Pick-up must occur within ten (10) business days after notification of award. The notice of award, payment receipt, and personal identification must be presented at time of pick-up, or the item will not be released. Pick-up hours by appointment only. The successful bidder will be responsible for packing, and/or loading any item(s) at pick-up, if necessary.
