**Closed Sept 7th For Labor Day** **PICK-UP DEADLINE:** **EFFECTIVE IMMEDIATELY**, all awarded items must be picked up and completely removed from the premises within **10 (ten) business days** of the auction closing date. **NO EXTENSIONS WILL BE GRANTED** unless expressly authorized in writing by Round Rock ISD. Failure to remove an awarded item within the required timeframe may result in cancellation of the sale, forfeiture of the item and/or payment, and/or any other action permitted under the applicable auction terms and conditions. **PHOTOGRAPHS / ITEM CONDITION:** Photographs included in the auction listing are provided solely as a reasonable representation of the item(s) offered for sale and **DO NOT CONSTITUTE A WARRANTY OR GUARANTEE** regarding the item's condition, quality, completeness, functionality, or fitness for any particular purpose. **ALL ITEMS ARE SOLD AS-IS, WHERE-IS, WITH ALL FAULTS.** Physical inspection of the item is strongly encouraged before placing a bid.
