Up for auction is this double convecton oven manufactured by Cooking Performance Group. 351FEC100DDC is a deep-depth, single-deck, full-size electric convection oven designed for commercial kitchens. This unit was in use by one of our Engineering schools doing research that required the drying of pistachio hulls. As far as I can tell by looking, this is the only task this oven has been used for as there's no grease or splatters inside either oven, just dust. These units will need a pretty thorogh wipe down to get the last of the pistachio residue, but you'd probably clean an auction-win oven anyway. This unit is hard-wired; I've never seen it work, but the Engineering school attests that this item operates as intended. Included are 15 full-size baking sheets. These will need to be wiped down as well, but other than that, they're in like-new shape. Shipping is not available for this auction, but we can assist with loading it onto a trailer or a truckbed with a forklift. Local Pick Up Only.
