Buyer Responsibilities: Buyer is responsible for all costs associated with dismantling, loading, transportation, permits, and removal. Buyer must inspect the property and verify measurements and condition prior to bidding. Buyer shall provide all labor, equipment, and transportation necessary for removal. Buyer is responsible for restoring the site to a safe condition after removal. Certificate of Insurance (COI) Required: Prior to any removal activities, the successful buyer must provide a Certificate of Insurance (COI) meeting the Seller's insurance requirements.
