Exterior dimension are 56'L x 26'W x 22'H (roof folds to approx. 11'6") Interior Ceiling Height is 8'. Interior Square Footage is ~1450. Doublewide Modular Home. Does not have wheels or axles. Unit must be loaded for transport. Unit has no running gear - buyer must furnish special lowboy trailer for transport. No HVAC equipment. Electrical panel rating in amps : 200 No appliances. No water heater. INCLUDED with this unit : This house is under roof with electric & plumbing rough-in. Insulation & drywall is installed. NOT included: HVAC, kitchen cabinets, kitchen countertops, flooring. House must be removed on or before October 31st, 2026. If it not removed by then, there will be a daily storage fee of $25.
