We are unaware of any specific mechanical or functional issues, but we recommend servicing or inspecting the item before full use. This is a used item with no warranty expressed or implied. We do not know how long this item can be used before requiring service or repairs. No work can be performed on the item on-site, other than [specific allowed actions, e.g., "basic checks"]. Physical Condition: The item has dings, dents, scratches, wear, etc. consistent with normal use. (See photos) Compliance and Certification: Yolo County Office of Education does NOT provide any relevant certificates regarding the item. By bidding on this auction, you agree to these terms. Documentation: Any relevant documentation, such as a bill of sale, will be provided as required by law. Terms of Sale: All sales are final. The item is sold "as is, where is." Payment in full is due not later than five (5) business days from the time and date of the close of the auction. Payment must be made electronically through the GovDeals Website. Payment Methods are listed above. The buyer is responsible for all shipping and removal arrangements and costs. Property may be removed by appointment only and appointments must be made at least 24 hours in advance. All items must be removed within ten (10) business days from the time and date of the close of the auction.
