This bike has a locking feature that has been activated; the rear wheel does not turn. This bicycle has not had recent maintenance. It will likely require a tune-up and may also require major or minor repairs. This bicycle is being offered as-is, where-is, with no guarantees or warranties regarding its functionality or condition.
