The University of Washington is not representing that the vehicle is roadworthy or that it can be legally operated on Washington highways. We were unable to open the back hatch or pop the hood. Buyer is responsible for all transportation, inspection, repairs, parts, title/registration requirements, and determining whether the vehicle can be repaired and legally operated. Vehicle is sold as-is, where-is, with no guarantees or warranties regarding its functionality or condition. This vehicle is untested. Only items shown in photos are included with the vehicle.
