Enclosed Semi-Trailer / Storage Trailer – Bill of Sale Only – Removal Required Up for auction is an enclosed semi-trailer previously used for municipal storage. Manufacturer markings visible in the photographs appear to indicate Fruehauf. Condition This trailer has been stationary and has not moved for a long period of time. The operational and roadworthy condition of the trailer is unknown. Known/observed conditions include: Landing gear is believed to be frozen/rusted in the down position Wheel will not roll Trailer has been sitting for an extended period Visible rust and corrosion on the frame, landing gear, rear structure, door hardware, and other components Exterior shows age-related wear, oxidation, staining, scratches, and deterioration Rear swing-style cargo doors Tires, wheels, brakes, bearings, suspension, lighting, air system, landing gear, structural components, and other systems have not been represented as operational Overall condition should be considered unknown Please review all photographs carefully for condition. TITLE / OWNERSHIP DOCUMENTATION NO TITLE WILL BE PROVIDED. The winning bidder will receive a BILL OF SALE ONLY. Bidders are responsible for determining whether the bill of sale is sufficient for the buyer's intended use, registration, titling, transportation, or other purposes. The seller makes no representation that the trailer can be titled, registered, or legally operated on public roadways. IMPORTANT REMOVAL INFORMATION BUYER SHOULD ASSUME THE TRAILER CANNOT BE PULLED OR DRIVEN FROM THE PROPERTY IN ITS PRESENT CONDITION. The trailer has not moved in a long period of time. The landing gear is most likely frozen/rusted down and a wheel will not roll. The winning bidder is responsible for supplying all equipment, labor, tools, towing/recovery equipment, and transportation necessary to safely remove the trailer from municipal property. Buyer should be prepared to address seized or non-rolling components and the landing gear during removal. Seller makes no guarantee that the trailer can be made mobile on site. All removal costs and arrangements are the responsibility of the winning bidder.
