The display powered on with new batteries; batteries are not included . No attempt was made to change the display settings or test other console functions. The crank handles turn freely and the internal fan turned when tested . Overall operating condition is unknown. The base and attachment hardware are included but have not been installed; hardware completeness is unknown .
