Used file cabinets (filing cabinets) as described below. Two (2) four-drawer metal file cabinets. The cabinets are in poor condition. The locks are broken or have been removed. Only the file cabinets are included in this sale, any other items in the photos are not included. All property is offered for sale AS IS. Oldsmar, FL makes no warranty, guaranty, or representation of any kind, expressed or implied, as to the merchantability or fitness for any purpose of the property offered for sale. Assets are sold as is, where is and without warranty. Once the assets are removed from the seller's premises there is no refund of monies previously paid. Property may be removed by appointment only and appointments must be made in advance. Pick-up of items will not be allowed without an appointment. Appointment must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Pick-up hours are between 8:30 a.m. and 3:00 p.m. by appointment only, made at least 24 hours in advance. The items are located in a gated facility. Again, an appointment is absolutely required to pick up the items. We cannot provide forklift assistance to load. No assistance will be provided in loading or transporting items. Buyer must have a way to load and then transport the items. Shipping is not available. Items must be picked up in person. All items sold must be taken. All items must be picked up in one day unless permission has been granted by the City for an additional pick-up day.
