Fishing Pier at Beaver Lake County Park near Ellendale, MN This pier is being sold because of it’s age and condition. The boards are weathered and some could use replacement. The metal frame is intact but has been stressed over the years and may have been weakened by the stress of the ice in the lake. One of the “spud poles” has been bent a bit and the bracket holding it to the pier has come loose at the top (see pictures). It likely can be reattached but may need to be reinforced so it will hold. The floats may be compromised and have water in them, but all still seem to be doing their job keeping the pier afloat. The pier length is 48 feet plus a 20 foot gangplank. The “T” section is 40 feet across. It comes apart in 20 foot sections. The pier is located at Beaver Lake county park near Ellendale Minnesota. This lot is being sold on behalf of the Dept of Natural Resources. All bidders should inspect all items before bidding. Inspections will be by appointment only, please contact.
