Condition: UNKNOWN ITEM DESCRIPTION: Foot ball blocking sled 8' wide 25' long 5 position Pads ar3e not in very good shape THIS IS AT ASECONDARY LOCTION. YOU WILL NEED TO OBTAIN A RECEIPTS/RELEASE FROM THE SURPLUS DEPARTMENT FIRST THEN YOU WILL BE GIVEN THE NUMBER TO MAKE AN APPOINTMENT WITH THE SECONDARY LOCATION TO PICK UP Staff WILL NOT be available to assist buyers with loading or removal of this item. The successful bidder will be responsible for all labor and equipment necessary to safely remove auction item. Davis School District will not be liable for any damage or injury incurred during the removal process. All items are sold as is, no refund, no guarantee. All sales are final. VERIFYING DISCRIPTION AND/OR CONDITION IS THE BIDDERS RESPONSIBILITY. We encourage you to inspect the items before placing a bid. May or may not be operational - May or may not be missing parts. Questions asked in the final 8 hours of the auction may not be answered. PAYMENT: Items must be paid for within 5 business days of the closing date of the auction. ITEM PICK UP: Items must be removed from Davis School District Premises within 5 Business days of the Notification by Public Surplus of receipt of payment. The notice of award, payment receipt, and personal ID must be provided at time of pick-up. THIRD PARTY PICKUP: if you are out of state, DO NOT BID unless you can come pick up the item(s) in person. WE WILL NOT SHIP ANY ITEMS. If you are having a third party picking up an item(s) for you, you MUST send an email from the email address listed on file with Public Surplus before the item(s) are picked up. This should be sent to MDCSurplus@dsdmail.net The email MUST include; (1) the name of the buyer listed on the paid receipt, (2) item description, and (3) the first and last name of the person who will be picking up the item(s). This email will serve as the buyer's official release authorization. The individual picking items up will then need to bring the (1) Paid Receipt (photocopies are acceptable), (2) personal identification (such as a Driver License). These are required or the item(s) will not be released. PICK UP LOCATION AND HOURS: Materials Distribution Center/Surplus Property Building C-5, Freeport West, Clearfield, UT 84016 Pick up times are Mon - Fri from 7am to 1130am or by appointment. Appointments are required after 11:30am. excluding State/Federal/School District Holidays SHIPPING: ALL ITEMS MUST BE PICKED UP IN PERSON. NO SHIPPING IS PROVIDED UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE.
