Vehicle is sold strictly “as is, where is” and no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, are made by Seller regarding the Vehicle’s condition, functionality, or suitability for any purpose. Seller will not provide or assist in obtaining any motor vehicle documentation now or in the future, including but not limited to a title, registration, or certificates. Purchaser agrees to remove the Vehicle from Seller’s premises within ten (10) business days from the date of this Agreement. Appointments must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to remove the Vehicle within the timeframe specified shall constitute abandonment, and Seller may dispose of the Vehicle at its sole discretion without refund or further notice. Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading and transportation of the vehicle. Seller provides NO assistance.
