**** All items must be picked up from the below location. All items can be Pick Up or Inspection between the hours of 8:30am to 2:30pm Monday thru Friday. Please call/email to schedule an appointment. No walk-in appointments allowed. **** "AS IS - WHERE IS" - Selling a Toyota Forklift and Charger - NON - WORKING (If any other items are in the picture, they are not included) Model Number 7FBOU25 Serial Number 62201 Manufactured 1999 - 2007 Model Year 2001 18 Batteries - DO NOT WORK!! New Batteries will be needed. 36 Volt Has 1 Key Comes with a charger. Not sure if the charger works. Buyer must load the forklift themselves. Govdeals will not be able to assist with loading the forklift. Buyer will be responsible for removal of all items in the auction in a timely manner. Buyer if using a Third Party to pick up the items. Buyer is required to provide a Release form from Govdeals and provide a copy of the buyers Driver’s License/State issued Identification with the release. We are not able to guarantee if these items work. Mechanical, cosmetic, and operating conditions are unknown. Parts may be missing and or inoperable. All property is offered for sale “AS IS, WHERE IS.” (Seller) makes no warranty, guarantee or representation of any kind, expressed or implied, as to the merchantability or fitness for any purpose of the property offered for sale. Questions can only be answered during normal operating business hours. PLEASE READ: Be appropriately prepared to perform all work necessary to remove the property. The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading, unloading, and transportation of the property. Under no circumstances will the Seller assume responsibility for packing, loading, unloading, shipping, or lining up the transportation of property. Surplus items are staged for removal as is. The Buyer will be responsible for removal of all items in the auction in a timely manner.
