Condition: Fair This lot consists of one (1) fire-resistant four-drawer filing cabinet manufactured by Schwab. The item has been marked as being in fair condition due to visible signs of prior use and wear consistent with regular office, institutional, or records storage service. The cabinet exhibits general cosmetic wear that may include scratches, scuffs, finish wear, and other surface imperfections. In addition, the top drawer has sustained dent damage that affects its operation. While the drawer remains functional and is able to open and close, the dent causes increased resistance during operation and may require additional effort to use. The cabinet is equipped with a locking mechanism; however, no key is included with the sale. The lock has not been tested due to the absence of a key.
