This Listing contains a GeoTherm Heat Recovery Unit FRAME ONLY. The Heat Recovery unit has been stripped. This frame contains heat pipes, pressure gauges, and pump with Baldor motor. Conditions of the pump, gauges, and heat pipes are UNKNOWN. Item is sold AS IS and WHERE IS. Buyer is responsible for removal of frame. REMOVAL DETAILS: Frame is currently located in the boiler pit and bolted to the floor but can be unbolted by facilities if needed. Buyer must transport frame out of the boiler pit by going up a flight of stairs and through a hallway before reaching outside the hospital.
