Details: Semi-down Draft Double Prep with Doors -- At all times the Purchaser will maintain insurance coverage equal to or greater than that required by applicable law. The Purchaser shall obtain at its own expense and provide evidence via Certificate(s) of Insurance the following: Commercial General Liability coverage with limits of $500,000 per occurrence and $2,000,000 in the annual aggregate -- Automobile Liability coverage with limits of $500,000 per occurrence and $2,000,000 in the annual aggregate -- Workers' Compensation as required by the State of Wisconsin and Employers Liability insurance with minimum coverage limits -- Lakeshore shall be included as an additional insured by endorsement under such policies. Such policy shall be placed with an insurance carrier licensed to do business in the State of Wisconsin, with a minimum A- AM Best Rating. Lakeshore does not represent that the types or minimum coverages set forth above are adequate to protect Purchaser’s interest. Any deductible or self-insured retention amount or other similar obligation under the policies shall be the sole responsibility of Purchaser and the amount of any deductible or self-retention should not exceed $5,000 or is otherwise approved by Lakeshore -- Purchaser shall be solely responsible, at its own cost and expense, for the disassembly, removal, loading, transportation, handling, and disposal of the purchased property. Purchaser shall conduct all such activities in a safe manner and in compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local laws, regulations, and industry standards. Lakeshore shall have no responsibility for providing labor, equipment, supervision, utilities, or assistance of any kind in connection with the disassembly or removal of the purchased property -- Location: Autobody lab Provided Condition: Used -- Very Good -- Personal Inspection is Highly Encouraged -- Sold AS/IS CONDITION: The property is sold and transferred on an "AS IS, WHERE IS, WITH ALL FAULTS" basis. Lakeshore makes no representations or warranties, express or implied, regarding the condition, quality, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, functionality, safety, compliance with laws, or suitability of the property for any use. Purchaser acknowledges that it has had the opportunity to inspect the property and is relying solely on its own evaluation in making the purchase.
