Parts may be missing, and repairs may be required. Each unit shows wear and tear as indicated in the attached pictures. Wheel-lock mechanisms are in serviceable condition. Inspection and Removal Inspection and Removal: Available Monday through Friday, by confirmed appointment only. The site is closed on federal holidays.
