Buyer shall remove the assets in compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, site requirements, and safety standards. No onsite demolition, dismantling, cutting, torching, welding, or other deconstruction activities will be permitted. Assets must be removed in their current configuration and condition. Buyer is responsible for repairing any damage caused during removal and leaving the site clean and free of debris upon completion.
