GENFARE Odyssey Fareboxes

Full Description

Three (3) pallets of mostly non-functioning empty fareboxes and parts (use for parts or scrap). No inspections permitted, sold as is. No partial sale, all items must be picked-up by the Buyer. Buyer has ten (10) business days from the close of auction to pick-up the fareboxes and parts. All shipping and handling costs, including but not limited to labor costs, handling costs, handling equipment, transportation, packaging, and insurance, are to be covered 100% by the Buyer. NCTD employees and equipment will not assist with the removal of the fareboxes and parts. Buyer is responsible for securing the transportation; shipping is not available. The Buyer will defend, indemnify and hold NCTD, its Board of Directors, officers, employees, consultants, contractors and agents harmless from any and all liability, loss, expense (including reasonable attorneys’ fees and other defense costs), demands, suits, liens, damages, costs, claims, including but not limited to, claims for bodily injury, death, personal injury, or property damage arising from or connected with this auction. This auction shall be interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of California. If any action is brought to interpret or enforce any term of this auction, the action shall be brought in a state or federal court situated in the County of San Diego, State of California.
