2007 Genie AWP-40S aerial work platform, ideal for facility maintenance, electrical work, lighting, construction, and other applications requiring access to elevated work areas. This compact vertical mast lift provides a maximum working height of approximately 46 ft. 4 in. and a platform height of approximately 40 ft. 4 in., with a rated lift capacity of 300 lbs. Stowed length: approximately 4 ft. 8 in. Stowed height: approximately 9 ft. 1.5 in. Tilted-back height: approximately 6 ft. 6 in. Tilted-back length: approximately 9 ft. 9 in. Rated capacity: 300 lbs. The narrow 29-inch machine width and tilt-back design make the AWP-40S relatively easy to maneuver and transport. When tilted back, the overall height is approximately 6 ft. 6 in., allowing it to be rolled through many standard doorways. Actual doorway clearance should be verified before moving the unit into a specific location. Genie designed the AWP-40S specifically with a tilt-back frame for this purpose. Condition: The unit runs and operates properly. The only known issue is that the battery does not hold a charge and will need to be replaced. Otherwise, no other known operating issues. Sold as-is.
