This lot consists of one (1) Hobart double-stack commercial convection oven. The unit features two separate oven compartments with double glass viewing doors, interior cooking racks, individual temperature and timer controls, and rear-mounted circulation fans. The oven is constructed primarily of stainless steel and is mounted on casters for mobility. The unit shows signs of normal use associated with commercial kitchen equipment, including scratches, discoloration, grease/residue, and other cosmetic wear.
