Tire condition is fair. REMOVAL BY APPOINTMENT ONLY NOTE: City of Mobile will no longer answer questions about items on auction by phone. All questions shall be sent in writing to purchasing@cityofmobile.gov and we will give an emailed response. The City will answer no questions within 12 hours of the close of an auction on an item.
