The lift was charged then operated as shown in the video. Battery life was not tested. The lift was extended to it's full height of 16' at the platform base. Full functionality is not known. In person inspection is required for additional information. Please be aware that per Washington Administrative Code (WAC) 200-360-040 : "No sale shall be invalid due to defects discovered after sale which may have been discovered by a reasonable inspection of the property before sale."
