Overview This lot contains approximately 320 cases of 3M 1870+ N95 respirators distributed across 20 pallets. The items are classified in new/unused condition. Items are packaged in original bulk packaging format. Manufacturing date indicates production from August 2021. Inspection and Removal Inspection and Removal: Available Monday through Friday, by confirmed appointment only. The site is closed on federal holidays. Contact the property custodian (listed below) to schedule an appointment. Property Inspection: Bidders are strongly encouraged to inspect the property prior to placing a bid to evaluate its condition and suitability. By bidding without an inspection, bidders assume the risk of potential omissions in the description. Removal Responsibilities: The successful bidder is solely responsible for all aspects of removal, including packing, crating, banding, loading, and shipping. The agency will not provide assistance. Authorized Third-Party Removal: The authorized third-party agent must present a Letter of Authorization from the high bidder (see terms and conditions for details), a copy of the purchaser's receipt, and a valid photo ID at the time of removal. Carrier Requirements: All carriers entering DDSP are required to have an appointment as specified in the Transportation Facility Guide. Appointments must be scheduled via email, not phone. Driver Requirements: All drivers must be legally compliant with no outstanding warrants or fines and possess REAL ID or two forms of valid identification. Pick-up Schedule: Operations schedule for pick-ups are Monday to Friday, 0700 until 1330 excluding Federal Holidays. Requests will be approved on a first come, first served basis. Bill of Lading: A completed Bill of Lading must be sent to all parties 24 hours before pick-up and must accompany the carrier. No pallets will be loaded without a BOL. Security Requirements: Drivers will be subject to background checks and vehicles may be searched. Any infractions will result in entry denial. Arrival Time: Drivers must arrive no later than 1230 on the scheduled pick-up date. Late arrivals or no-shows will be rescheduled. Disclaimer The condition of the property is not warranted.
