Items are packaged in cases and organized on pallets for shipping. Inspection and Removal Inspection and Removal: Available Monday through Friday, by confirmed appointment only. Removal Responsibilities: The successful bidder is solely responsible for all aspects of removal, including packing, crating, banding, loading, and shipping. The agency will not provide assistance. Authorized Third-Party Removal: The authorized third-party agent must present a Letter of Authorization from the high bidder (see terms and conditions for details), a copy of the purchaser's receipt, and a valid photo ID at the time of removal. Appointment Requirements: All carriers entering DDSP are required to have an appointment. Both the shipper and carrier should be familiar with the Transportation Facility Guide (TFG). All appointments will be scheduled via email (not phone). Driver Requirements: All drivers will need to be legal (no outstanding warrants or fines) and have REAL ID or 2 forms of valid identification. Pick-up Schedule: Operations schedule for GSA sale pick-ups are Monday to Friday, 0700 until 1330 excluding Federal Holidays. Requests will be approved on a "first come, first served" basis. Bill of Lading: A completed Bill of Lading (BOL) needs to be sent to all parties on the distribution list 24 hours before pick-up. A copy of the BOL must be with the carrier when they arrive at the depot. Security Requirements: The driver will be subject to a background check and their vehicle may be subject to search.
