Property Inspection: Bidders are strongly encouraged to inspect the property prior to placing a bid to evaluate its condition and suitability. Removal Responsibilities: The successful bidder is solely responsible for all aspects of removal, including packing, crating, banding, loading, and shipping. The agency will not provide assistance. Authorized Third-Party Removal: The authorized third-party agent must present a Letter of Authorization from the high bidder (see terms and conditions for details), a copy of the purchaser's receipt, and a valid photo ID at the time of removal. Carrier Requirements: All carriers entering DDSP are required to have an appointment. Appointments must be scheduled via email. All drivers must be legal with no outstanding warrants or fines and have REAL ID or 2 forms of valid identification. Pick-up Schedule: Operations schedule for GSA sale pick-ups are Monday to Friday, 0700 until 1330 excluding Federal Holidays. Requests will be approved on a first come, first served basis. Bill of Lading: A completed Bill of Lading must be sent to all parties 24 hours before pick-up. A copy must be with the carrier upon arrival. Warehouse personnel will not load any pallets without a BOL. Arrival Requirements: Drivers must arrive no later than 1230 on the scheduled pick-up date.
