Overview This lot contains an estimated (600) cases of Precept PPE face shields. The face shields are classified in new condition. The cases contain full face shields manufactured in March 2024. Specifications Make: Precept Model: 15995 Date of Manufacture: 03/01/2024 Quantity: 600 cases (approximate) Condition & Markings This lot is in new condition. Parts may be missing. The face shields are packaged in cases and appear to be unused inventory. Inspection and Removal Inspection and Removal: Available Monday through Friday, by confirmed appointment only. The site is closed on federal holidays. Contact the property custodian (listed below) to schedule an appointment. Property Inspection: Bidders are strongly encouraged to inspect the property prior to placing a bid to evaluate its condition and suitability. By bidding without an inspection, bidders assume the risk of potential omissions in the description. Removal Responsibilities: The successful bidder is solely responsible for all aspects of removal, including packing, crating, banding, loading, and shipping. The agency will not provide assistance. Authorized Third-Party Removal: The authorized third-party agent must present a Letter of Authorization from the high bidder (see terms and conditions for details), a copy of the purchaser's receipt, and a valid photo ID at the time of removal. Appointment Requirements: All carriers entering DDSP are required to have an appointment. Appointments must be scheduled via email (not phone). The carrier must fill out the required form and send it back with a copy of the Bills of Lading to ddsp.prelodge@dla.mil. Driver Requirements: All drivers must be legal (no outstanding warrants or fines) and have REAL ID or 2 forms of valid identification. Pick-up Schedule: Operations schedule for GSA sale pick-ups are Monday to Friday, 0700 until 1330 excluding Federal Holidays. Requests will be approved on a first come, first served basis. Bill of Lading: A completed BOL must be sent to all parties 24 hours before pick-up. A copy of the BOL must be with the carrier when they arrive at the depot. Security Requirements: Drivers will be subject to background check and vehicles may be subject to search. Drivers must arrive no later than 1230 on the scheduled pick-up date.
