Overview This lot contains (9) Gunlocke guest chairs. The chairs feature black and gray fabric upholstery with wood frames. The approximate dimensions are 22" W x 20.5" D x 33" H. Key Features Fabric upholstery in black and gray pattern. Wood frame construction with armrests. Guest chair design suitable for office or waiting area use. Condition & Markings This lot is in used condition. Parts may be missing, and repairs may be required. The chairs show signs of normal wear consistent with office furniture use. Manufacturer labels are visible on the underside of the chairs indicating "Made by Locke Company, Inc.". Some chairs are stacked for storage as shown in the images. Inspection and Removal Inspection and Removal: Available Monday through Friday, by confirmed appointment only. The site is closed on federal holidays. Property Inspection: Bidders are strongly encouraged to inspect the property prior to placing a bid to evaluate its condition and suitability. By bidding without an inspection, bidders assume the risk of potential omissions in the description. Removal Responsibilities: The successful bidder is solely responsible for all aspects of removal, including packing, crating, banding, loading, and shipping. The agency will not provide assistance. Authorized Third-Party Removal: The authorized third-party agent must present a Letter of Authorization from the high bidder (see terms and conditions for details), a copy of the purchaser's receipt, and a valid photo ID at the time of removal. All shipping or transportation costs for this property are the responsibility of the recipient. There is no packing or shipping from this location. Pick up only during normal dock hours (Monday - Friday 9:00A - 3:00P). Truck dimensions cannot exceed 12 ft high and 24 ft length. Pick-up truck, flat bed, or box truck only.
