Hack Squat/Dead Lift/Shoulder Shrug Fitness Machine

Full Description

This is a three in one machine - Hack Squat/Dead Lift/Shrug. The machine naturally mimics the motion of a traditional hack squat while offering a more supportive environment. The adjustable back and seat pad help to maintain a neutral spine during the exercise movement, resulting in less stress to the back muscles. The seat also provides proper alignment and support at the beginning and end of the exercise, dropping away during the exercise movement. An oversized foot plate allows for multiple foot positions to ensure correct biomechanics for all sized users during the exercise. This item must be disassembled before removing from its current location. It is gently used and in excellent condition. Weights not included.
