The Hammer Strength ISO-Lateral High Row is a plate-loaded strength machine designed to build the lats, upper and middle back, rhomboids, rear delts, and biceps through a high-to-low pulling motion. The ISO-Lateral design allows each arm to move independently, helping promote balanced strength and preventing the stronger side from compensating.
