Equipment may be disassembled, incomplete, or require professional assembly and inspection before use. The Buyer assumes all risks associated with transport, assembly, and use of the equipment and agrees to release, indemnify, and hold harmless the Seller, Auctioneer, and their agents from any and all claims, damages, injuries, or losses arising out of or related to the purchase, handling, assembly, or use of the equipment. Participation in this auction constitutes acceptance of these terms.
