This is used primarily in orthopedics to safely cut and remove plaster and synthetic casts. Manufacturer: HEBU Model: 8884 & 8881 The department purchased them and only used for about 2 months. We powered them on and took a quick video showing it powers on. Item is in good physical condition. Please see pictures for more details.
