Condition: Fair This lot consists of one (1) height-adjustable work desk. This height-adjustable work desk has been rated as being in fair condition due to showing signs of prior use while remaining structurally sound and stable. Cosmetic wear is present throughout the work surface in the form of grain wear, small scratches, scuffs, chips, and blind (non-through) holes. These imperfections are consistent with regular use and do not appear to affect the intended function of the desk. The manufacturer and model of this desk are unknown, as no identifying markings or manufacturer's information were observed. The desk features a heavy-duty metal support frame with metal legs and a wooden tabletop. The tabletop surface appears to be constructed from plywood. The desk utilizes a manual height-adjustment system. Height adjustments are made by removing the retaining bolt from each leg, extending or retracting the leg assemblies to the desired height, and reinstalling the retaining bolts to secure the new position.
