Condition: Fair This lot consists of one (1) height-adjustable work desk. This height-adjustable work desk has been rated as being in fair condition due to showing signs of prior use while remaining structurally sound and stable. Cosmetic wear is present throughout in the form of scratches, scuffs, and other minor surface imperfections consistent with regular use. Additionally, two (2) corner guards for the frame are missing. These missing components do not appear to affect the overall structural integrity or intended function of the desk. The manufacturer and model of this desk are unknown, as no identifying markings or manufacturer's information were observed. The desk features a heavy-duty metal frame with metal legs and a wooden tabletop. The tabletop surface appears to be constructed from plywood. The desk is height adjustable through a manual leg adjustment system. Height adjustments are made by removing the retaining screw from each leg, repositioning the legs to the desired height, and reinstalling the retaining screws to secure the new position. At the time of inspection, the desk was configured at a height of approximately 29 inches.
