The Successful Bidder of this lot will be required to sign and date a Medical Statement of Intent and send to melinda.jenkins@gsa.gov prior to remitting full payment and initiating removal. Overview This lot contains (16) Gambro Phoenix Hemodialysis Systems. The units are classified in used condition. These are clinical-grade stationary hemodialysis machines designed for conventional hemodialysis treatments within dialysis centers and acute-care environments. Inspection and Removal Inspection and Removal: Available Monday through Friday, by confirmed appointment only. The site is closed on federal holidays. Contact the property custodian (listed below) to schedule an appointment. Property Inspection: Bidders are strongly encouraged to inspect the property prior to placing a bid to evaluate its condition and suitability. By bidding without an inspection, bidders assume the risk of potential omissions in the description. Removal Responsibilities: The successful bidder is solely responsible for all aspects of removal, including packing, crating, banding, loading, and shipping. The agency will not provide assistance. Authorized Third-Party Removal: The authorized third-party agent must present a Letter of Authorization from the high bidder (see terms and conditions for details), a copy of the purchaser's receipt, and a valid photo ID at the time of removal. Inspection and pickup are available Monday through Friday from 8 am to 3 pm by confirmed appointment only. All property must be removed from the warehouse at the same date and time as partial shipments are not allowed and items cannot be held for pickup at a later date.
