The Successful Bidder of this lot will be required to sign and date a Medical Statement of Intent and send to melinda.jenkins@gsa.gov prior to remitting full payment and initiating removal. Overview (1) Hemodialysis System One manufactured in May 2009. The equipment is classified in used condition and shows normal wear consistent with age but remains functional. Specifications Make: Hemodialysis Model: System One Manufacturing Date: May 28, 2009 Condition & Markings This lot is in used condition. Parts may be missing, and repairs may be required. Equipment shows normal wear consistent with age. Some cosmetic wear, minor surface marks, or expected age-related deterioration may be present. No known major defects affecting basic operation at time of disposal. Offered with no warranty expressed or implied. Inspection and Removal Inspection and Removal: Available Monday through Friday, by confirmed appointment only. The site is closed on federal holidays.
