The Chair rotates 360 degrees. The Chair reclines backwards and locks into the upright position properly. The armrests adjust up and down properly. The lumbar pad on the back of Chair adjusts properly. The Chairs seat material has ripping in the mesh (see photo). The Chair may show signs of cosmetic wear such as scratches, scuffs, and dust.
