Mattress Disclaimer For any mattresses, bedding, or upholstered furniture offered in this invitation, the purchaser is advised to procure and affix tags, labels, or stamps required by law or otherwise to comply with the state laws pertaining to sterilization, resale, and reuse of such items and filling material as required by state law. Selling agency shall be required to provide the state health agency for the state in which a successful bidder maintains its business, with a written notice of such sale to include the name and address of the purchaser and the types, quantities, and locations of the articles sold. A copy of the award document or similar notification would serve the purpose. Overview This lot contains (2) Hill Rom Model 1000 electric hospital beds. The beds are reported as operational, acquired in October 2014. Both beds appear to have their mattresses and basic components present. Specifications Make: Hill Rom Model: 1000 Serial Numbers: P275AP5669, P275AP5673 Key Features Electric hospital beds with adjustable positioning capabilities. Side rails for patient safety. Wheeled base with locking casters for mobility. Control panels mounted on bed rails. Mattresses included with both beds. Condition & Markings This lot is in used condition. Parts may be missing, and repairs may be required. Both beds are reported as operational, though any specific issues are unknown. Visible wear consistent with hospital use. One bed has a blue mattress cover, the other has a black mattress cover with Hill Rom branding. Some scuff marks and minor surface wear visible on bed frames. All beds sold with no warranty on operational status. Inspection and Removal Inspection and Removal: Available Monday through Friday, by confirmed appointment only. The site is closed on federal holidays. Contact the property custodian (listed below) to schedule an appointment. Property Inspection: Bidders are strongly encouraged to inspect the property prior to placing a bid to evaluate its condition and suitability. By bidding without an inspection, bidders assume the risk of potential omissions in the description. Removal Responsibilities: The successful bidder is solely responsible for all aspects of removal, including packing, crating, banding, loading, and shipping. The agency will not provide assistance. Authorized Third-Party Removal: The authorized third-party agent must present a Letter of Authorization from the high bidder (see terms and conditions for details), a copy of the purchaser's receipt, and a valid photo ID at the time of removal.
