Mattress Disclaimer For any mattresses, bedding, or upholstered furniture offered in this invitation, the purchaser is advised to procure and affix tags, labels, or stamps required by law or otherwise to comply with the state laws pertaining to sterilization, resale, and reuse of such items and filling material as required by state law. Selling agency shall be required to provide the state health agency for the state in which a successful bidder maintains its business, with a written notice of such sale to include the name and address of the purchaser and the types, quantities, and locations of the articles sold. A copy of the award document or similar notification would serve the purpose. Condition & Markings This lot is in repairable condition. Parts may be missing, and repairs may be required. The bed is stuck in its current position and requires a new foot actuator. Any other issues are unknown. Inspection and Removal Inspection and Removal: Available Monday through Friday, by confirmed appointment only. The site is closed on federal holidays. Contact the property custodian (listed below) to schedule an appointment. Property Inspection: Bidders are strongly encouraged to inspect the property prior to placing a bid to evaluate its condition and suitability. By bidding without an inspection, bidders assume the risk of potential omissions in the description. Removal Responsibilities: The successful bidder is solely responsible for all aspects of removal, including packing, crating, banding, loading, and shipping. The agency will not provide assistance.
