Overview (2) Arjo Freedom Bath II hospital spa tubs and (1) American Standard Model 3260 hospital spa tub. All units are in salvage condition. Condition & Markings This lot is in salvage condition. Parts are missing, and repairs are required. Arjo Freedom Bath II units: Roll-door assembly, electrical systems, plumbing hardware, seals, pumps, and structural frame may be incomplete, damaged, or nonfunctional. Internal components should be assumed unsuitable for clinical use. American Standard Model 3260 unit: Mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic components including the watertight door, pumps, air spa/whirlpool systems, heater, drain assembly, and control electronics may be inoperative, missing, or beyond repair. Unit may have cracks, wear, corrosion, or missing hardware. Units are suitable only for parts recovery, scrap, parts harvesting, metal reclamation, or non-clinical refurbishment. No warranty and no guarantee of function, completeness, or safety. Inspection and Removal Inspection and Removal: Available Monday through Friday, by confirmed appointment only. The site is closed on federal holidays. Contact the property custodian (listed below) to schedule an appointment. Property Inspection: Bidders are strongly encouraged to inspect the property prior to placing a bid to evaluate its condition and suitability.
