May have missing components or be inoperable. All items are used and may contain defects not immediately detectable. Warranty-- All property sold “As Is, Where Is” with no warranties or guarantees, expressed or implied, as to the property’s condition for use. No claims made to working condition. Inspection-- The responsibility to verify the condition of the property rest with the bidder.
