Items not removed within the required timeframe will be considered in default. Third-Party Pickups If someone other than the winning bidder is picking up the asset, you must provide authorization prior to arrival. Please send an email to Purchasing@Schertz.com containing: Written consent authorizing the specific third party or courier to remove the items. A photocopy of the winning bidder s identification. Important: The individual or courier picking up the item must also present valid identification upon arrival to confirm they are the authorized recipient.
