Operating system and programs are not installed. Power supply and other accessories are not included. Unit powers up to BIOS with no further testing done. It may have unknown issues and may have signs of normal wear and tear, but appears to be in good condition. Please see the pictures of a stock unit within our inventory, this is a representation of the quality and condition you can expect to receive. Scheduling Appointment for Pick-up: -After winning auction, complete payment, then call 602-236-2017 to schedule an appointment for pick-up. -Pick-up appointments are available Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday from 7:30am to 10:30am and 12:00pm to 2:00pm. -Appointments must be scheduled at least one (1) business day in advance. -Attempted pick-ups without an appointment will be turned away, no exceptions. Pick-up procedure: -Our address is 7005 S Kyrene Rd in Tempe, AZ 85283. -Drive down Western Canal Path/Divot Dr and check in at the security station. -After checking in, turn right (south) and back up to the first warehouse on your right-hand (west) side. The warehouse has two large double doors. -Please have your photo ID and receipt ready for review if requested. -Buyer will be responsible for loading and securing items with basic forklift loading available for large items. -Please bring an appropriate vehicle to pick-up the purchased item. Unsafe loading situations will be turned away. General Guideline and Statements: -Payment must occur within nine (9) calendar days of notification of auction win. -Shipping will occur within two (2) business days of notification of payment. -Photo ID verification will be required for new accounts in order to receive free shipping.
