If a third party is designated to pick up items on behalf of the winning bidder, it is mandatory for the bidder to email the auction contact authorizing release to the third party. This email must include an attached release authorization form, along with the pickup person's name and/or company, and a copy of the winning bidder s ID. Items will not be released to unauthorized pickup parties. Failure to provide the required documents in advance will result in the third-party company being denied pickup.
