Overview 1999 Hyster H60XM forklift, starts and runs with a jump but is missing the battery and key. Two front tires are missing and the hydraulic steering line is cut. Two front tires are missing from the unit. Hydraulic steering line has been cut and requires repair. No ignition key is present with the forklift.
