HYSTER J50Z-28 Electric Forklift with Charger SURPLUS PROPERTY - BRISTOL TN POLICE DEPARTMENT. Sold as is/where is. A BILL OF SALE WILL BE PROVIDED. Up for sale is a HYSTER J50Z-28 80 Volt Electric Forklift with refurbished battery charger. The electric battery charger was refurbished recently however we do not have the proper power available to be able to charge/use the forklift. The forklift was operational prior to the batteries dying. Comes with the forks and battery charger. Sold As-is, where-is, bid at your own risk with no guarantees. We believe there was around 500 hours on the forklift however this is only an estimate due to the batteries being dead. The true hours is unknown at this time. The forklift appears to be in good overall condition though, however due to it being dead there isn't any way to see any error codes. Please view all photos carefully before bidding. PLEASE NOTE: The City of Bristol TN has a clause in its municipal code that requires sale of assets that bring in over $10,000 to be approved by City Council, which typically meets on the 1st Tuesday of each month. This is for informative purposes only as this operating procedure may cause a delay in when the equipment can be obtained by the winning bidder. PD 947
