THERE IS NO MAINTENANCE HISTORY AND THE RUNNING CONDITION IS USUALLY UNKNOWN. THERE ARE USUALLY NO KEYS FOR THE VEHICLE AND MUST BE TOWED. BIDDERS WILL BE ISSUED AN AUCTION SALES RECEIPT (ASR). THIS IS THE DOCUMENT YOU WILL USE TO APPLY FOR A TITLE. THE ASR supersedes all other liens/claims on this vehicle. Vehicles bought at auction need to be titled in the buyer's name within 30 days of the sale. THE ASR MAY NOT BE READILY AVAILABLE AFTER PICKUP.
